Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for Process Worker/Packer to join our team in Campbellfield. You will be a valued team member, and will work in a fast-paced environment that has a focus on safety and wellbeing.
- The role is labour intensive and is a hands-on job.
- This is a casual position approximately 38 hours per week with potential for Full-time position opportunity.

**About the role**

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- General production work of loading smallgoods into pockets/Multivac.
- Packing, wrapping & labelling finished product into boxes.
- Correct filling of customer orders in cold room, ready for truck load up.
- Inspecting smallgoods as part of quality control.
- Operate food processing equipment, general factory cleaning duties.
- The preparation, set up and pack down of the factory each day.
- Maintain high hygiene standards throughout all processes.
- Follow all OH&S procedures and policies.

**Skills and experience**
- Previous experience in other food manufacturing (desired but not essential).
- Be reliable with the ability to work up to 8 hours per day, including weekends.
- Ability to perform physical duties with repetition - lifting up to 15kgs.
- Ability to follow instructions in a production/process environment.
- Good communication skills - both written & verbal.
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
- Stable transport arrangements.
- Good attitude and work ethic with ability to work in a team environment.
- A safety-first approach to your work.
- High attention to detail.
- Embracing change and commitment to continuous improvement.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
