Reporting into the Head of Risk & Compliance, the primary purpose of this Line 1 role is to assist in managing the implementation and execution of the risk and compliance management framework, partnering with the business to ensure that current and emerging risks are appropriately identified, assessed and monitored. The role will perform data/information analysis to assist with providing meaningful information on current and emerging risks to business. **You'll be responsible for**: - Support facilitation of workshops with cross divisional/business unit stakeholders to provide insights on root cause(s), accountable business owner, risk rating, remediation actions and control improvements to support the timely closure of incidents & issues. - Preparing ongoing and ad-hoc risk and compliance reporting (monthly R&C report, Quarterly Risk Declaration, Annual Risk Management Declaration) - Preparing and supporting the delivery of Risk and Compliance communication plans, liaising with SMEs to faciliate ongoing training and awareness sessions to improve risk maturity and risk culture. - Providing analysis of thematic risk and compliance incident, issues and complaints. - Supporting to maintain risk and compliance data quality in ORGS (Risk Management) system. **Important to your success**: - Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline. - 1-2 years of experience as a risk and compliance analyst or business analyst, returning to workforce or wanting to move into a risk and compliance role. - Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing tasks. - Analytical capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns and trends. - Willingness to learn and grow in the role. - Teamplayer **What's on offer?** - Access on-demand lifelong learning and take control of your career development. - Learn through being supported and encouraged to take on new challenges that will help you to develop new skills - Be part of a team that’s open-minded, supportive, approachable and genuinely focused on customer outcomes - We understand about work-life balance, we are always willing to discuss flexible & remote working options with our employees.
