**What this job involves**:
We’re looking for a personable, professional and proactive Analyst to join our Brisbane Office Leasing team In this varied and busy role, you’ll be responsible for assisting our successful leasing business in day-to-day operations.
**A snapshot of the role**:
Maintain and take responsibility for the leasing market database, and effectively manage data and systems for the leasing department
Assist in interpreting data and preparation of market presentations and materials for the office leasing team
Work with the JLL Research team and internal stakeholders to innovate our leasing materials, presentations and client distributions
Support the leasing team with marketing campaign management and processes
**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:
You may be a recent property graduate who is looking at further developing your commercial property exposure. You will possess an understanding of investment market dynamics, outstanding analytical skills, a good level of financial numeracy, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs in particular Excel. This role requires strong planning and organisational skills, with an ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple demands.
Experience within the commercial property industry is preferred, however is not essential.
