Brand Designer

Easy Signs is building its first-ever in-house creative studio - and we’re looking for a brand-savvy designer to join us at the ground floor. With a new Creative Director onboard, a blank canvas in front of us, and a backlog of brand assets waiting for a glow-up, this is the perfect opportunity for a hands-on, strategic designer who’s ready for their next big challenge.

In this role, you’ll develop and execute bold, clear, and engaging creative work across a variety of formats including masterbrand, sub-brands, mini brand campaigns, mockups, digital assets, and social content. If you have agency experience and a passion for building and evolving brands, this could be your dream role

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead the design and rollout of brand assets across multiple touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director
- Build mockups, develop visual languages, and bring concepts to life
- Help shape the future of a growing, in-house creative team
- Work across all channels including print, online, digital and social platforms

**What we’re looking for**:

- 5-10 years experience in a brand or creative agency
- Exceptional portfolio of brand design and art direction
- Self-starter with a sharp eye, fast hands, and a love of great craft
- Ability to manage your time and juggle multiple projects
- Working knowledge of EDM strategies and platforms
- Motion, figma and photography skills are a major plus
