Marketing Co-ordinator

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Responsible for end-to-end digital marketing campaign delivery: strategy & planning, content creation, audience targeting & selections, cross-channel delivering & monitoring, performance optimisation and reporting
- Conduct Market Research and Analysis to Identify consumer trends, Competitor activity and Opportunities to enhance Home Sweet Home’s Brand.
- Coordinate and execute events, Promotions and product Launches
- Maintain and update the company eCommerce website ensuring content accuracy and Relevance.
- Coordination of Marketing Collateral production including Liaising with Designers, printers and Suppliers.
- Oversee the development of Marketing Collateral, Website content sales materials and other marketing assets to ensure consistent measuring and Brand positioning.
- SEM & SEO
- Graphic Design duties will include but are not limited to: in-store POS, product ticketing, content creation for social platforms & website
- Responsible for creating exciting and engaging content & updating, monitoring our website
- Experience in Media Buying (Meta & Google) an advantage
- Must have a high level of attention to detail and good time management skills.

You will be a highly motivated individual who has:

- At least 2 years related working experience in the same or a similar role
- Previous experience in leading integrated marketing campaigns
- Highly proficient in social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram) and paid advertising
- Knowledge of graphic design will be advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Great interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a close-knit team
- A strong sense of initiative and self-starter
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to learn and retain information quickly
- Australian Residency and be based in Sydney

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Graphic design: 1 year (preferred)
- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
