We are seeking an experienced **Handyperson** to join our team. This role will report to the Chief Engineer and is responsible for performing repairs and maintenance

- Perform general building repairs, maintenance and cleaning tasks across multiple trade disciplines including regular painting
- Be responsible for maintaining a clean work area
- Always work in a wise manner adhering to current WH&S legislation
- Carry out high quality guest room preventative maintenance as scheduled

**Ideally you will have**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- A flexible work attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- A strong desire to work in a service focused environment
- The capacity to work unsupervised in a tight team environment
- Professional presentation
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Cert III Painting & Decorating (desired)
- Must have Full Working Rights and be able to work 38hrs/week
