Due to significant growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, Turner & Townsend's is looking for a **Project Cost Controller with Rail Infrastructure experience.** Working within a friendly, professional and highly successful team and reporting to the Director and have the opportunity to progress your career.
- Change Authorisation Paper (CAP) reviews and commentary
- Review actuals, accruals, and forecasts monthly
- Project cost control and reporting
- Ensure & assist the commercial teams with cost systems (Unifier) i.e budget movements, commitments, EFC and cash flow updates.
- Cost Reporting in excel, word and Unifier
- Export and import data into unifier
- Review and assist in implementing cost related clauses of the construction contracts
- Filing of reports and documentation
- Liaise with stakeholders i.e schedulers/planners, finance, risk
- Help/Assist in reviewing monthly contractor payment claim submission for major contracts

**Qualifications**:

- Full working rights and be currently in Australia.
- Relevant work experience, ideally within the infrastructure sector.
- Project Cost controlling and reporting experience
- Background in construction projects with major projects as a benefit
- Post contract project experience essential
- 3-8 years experience.
- A recognised Degree Qualification or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Accounting
- Experience with SAP would be advantageous.
- Good working knowledge of Excel essential
- Ability to work with other multifunctional stakeholders i.e schedulers/planners, finance, risk
- Understanding and experience in forecasting, budget movements, commitments, EFC and cash flows.
- Experience and working knowledge of change control
