Maree Care is an Australian aged care, community and healthcare services provider that operates across Victoria. Our main office is based in Northcote and we operate throughout central Victoria. Our goal is to provide client-centred healthcare and support services for individuals. To help us achieve this goal, we are currently seeking support workers. If you are a professional individual that is willing to be challenged and demonstrate a high standard of care, this is the role for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide our members with assistance as they accomplish daily tasks, including cleaning, domesitc tasks, shopping, personal care etc.
- Maintain all care records in accordance with company policy
- Communicate any problems, concerns or issues to residents’ family members as needed
- Build rapport with members by establishing personal connections by caring and showing interest in their lives
- Respond to any safety or medical issues

Minimum Requirements
- Must be willing to travel
- Police Check or be willing to have a police check
- CERT III (preferred)

- Flexibility

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
