**About the Role**
As a **Workforce Australia Employment Consultant** at **Salisbury, SA**, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our participants (job seekers) to transform their lives. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders, including employers and our participants, to deliver tailored employment solutions. It is exciting, challenging, inclusive and rewarding. You will be working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, achieving great outcomes, and making a difference, together.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with job seekers to understand their goals, barriers, and aspirations, while developing tailored Job Plans that align with individual needs and programme requirements.
- Conduct regular face-to-face appointments to monitor progress, provide motivation, and facilitate access to upskilling opportunities such as accredited training and short courses.
- Deliver practical support including CV writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies, ensuring compliance with mutual obligation requirements and participation reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation for compliance, audits, and claims processing, while managing appointment scheduling, tracking KPIs, and responding to communications professionally.
- Uphold programme guidelines through diligent record-keeping and active participation in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- A MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willing to complete a National Police Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- ** Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm**
