**About the Roles**:

- Provide direct leadership and mentoring to team members on a daily basis.
- Model the culture and values of the organisation to staff, clients and stakeholders
- Coordination of services using a strengths-based & person-centred approach, delivering pre-employment preparation and training, job search, post placement support, ongoing job support, community education and development
- Meet and maintain contractual requirements in accordance with the Department of Social Services (DSS) Grant Agreement and DES Guidelines, including meeting and exceeding targets in placing and maintaining clients in open employment.
- Meet internal, position related KPIs
- Use your strong communication skills to assist your team to market and advocate for clients, to help find suitable job vacancies
- Maintain client compliance and accountability in meeting Mutual Obligation requirements with Centrelink (DSS)
- Undertake HR procedures, including reviewing leave and timesheets, staff training, performance evaluations, performance management, identifying vacancies, shortlisting, interviewing, and conducting referee checks
- Administration, data entry and accurately recording client case notes in a timely manner
- Collect and submit timely documentary evidence related to clients’ employment
- Site budgeting, including planning, achieving targets, using financial authority

**DUTIES**
- Responsible for ensuring the Jobnet Employment Program and Job Services Australia has successful outcomes for each client
- Assisting clients to meet their employment goals
- Ensure that job placements are successful for both clients and employers
- Promoting the development of positive community attitudes towards people with a disability or disadvantage

**Position Requirements**

**Qualifications and Experience**

**Essential**
- Department of Human Services (DHS) Disability Services Employment Screening Clearance.
- Experience managing teams
- Department of Human Services (DHS) Child-related Employment Screening Clearance (before 1 July
- Working with Children Check.
- Valid Working Visa (If applicable).
- First Aid Certificate.
- Maintain valid Driver’s Licence.

**Desirable**
- Qualification in the areas of disability, community development, counselling or similar human services.
- Child Safe Environments.
- Knowledge of community resources especially Commonwealth and State government employment agencies, e.g. Centrelink, Department of Social Services.
- Certificate in Mental Health First Aid

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $66,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
