- Ventia is seeking an experienced **Rigger** to join our Wireless team on the MOCN project, delivering 4G and 5G upgrades for Optus across NSW. This is a full-time, fixed-term role through to March 2026, with the potential to extend.

**About the Role**
- You’ll be part of a high-performing team working on telecommunications towers all over NSW. This is a hands-on, field-based role involving travel, shift work, and a strong focus on safety and quality.
- Mobilising to site, loading materials, and reviewing build schedules
- Performing external rigging works on monopoles and lattice towers
- Installing antennas, radios, TMAs, hybrid cables, and interpreting full construction drawings
- Demobilising and transitioning to the next site as per project schedule

**What you’ll need**:

- Mandatory:

- Basic Rigging, Dogman & EWP tickets.
- Rigging experience (Optus/Telco preferred, civil considered)
- Ability to interpret construction and plumbing drawings
- Preferred:

- First Aid, CPR, Tower Rescue
- VOC on winches
