**About The Role**

**Job tasks and responsibilities**

** 3AM START - MONDAY TO FRIDAY**
- Assist with food production and ensure production schedules are met
- Employ quality control methods to ensure the highest standard of food
- Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Help in the preparation and design of catering menus
- Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately

Essential to this position is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be a great communicator and be able to prioritise your work to meet deadlines.

**Successful Applicants**
- 1+ years of experience in a similar position
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in food preparation and production
- Application of creativity in menu design
- Excels in a fast paced, team environment
- Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication, respectful and supportive to staff
- Highly self-motivated, ambitious and possesses managerial and leadership skills
- Reliable, dedicated, willing to continue learning and passionate
- Working knowledge of HACCP and its implementation in day-to-day operations
- Is a permanent resident and has full working rights within Australia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
