The Sandy Bay Bakery and Cafe is looking for an enthusiastic casual cafe attendant to assist in day to day cafe service operations by performing a range of duties.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

- provision of excellent customer service
- working in a team environment - achieving a high standard of cleanliness
- taking orders, cash handling, clearing tables, and barista work
- salad roll and sandwich production.

Experience with salad roll/sandwich production and making coffee is essential.

The position is approximately 30-35 hours per week including one weekend shift. Current available shifts are between 11am-6pm. Please list availability when applying. We require someone with 30-35 hours a week availability, not less.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.91 - $61.83 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (required)
