Brisbane's Leading Independent Hotel is currently seeking **a dynamic, glass-half-full handy person**. This position is a **casual position with days to suit both the business and your availability.**

**About You**:
To be successful in this position you will have the following:

- You’ve got the goods - from general handyperson skills and are ready to get busy with the upkeep of our hotel
- Previous experience in a handyperson role (preferably in a hospitality environment)
- Excellent communication skills
- You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality.
- You’re self-motivated, disciplined and enjoy resolving issues.
- Eager to learn and confident to ask questions.
- Basic Computer Skills are advantageous.

**About the role**:
Each day presents a new challenge, so this is a great gig for someone with a desire to learn and grow with us.
- Identify and resolve maintenance defects, completing tasks as part of a preventative maintenance program.
- Respond to a range of guest requests.
- Assist in maintaining all equipment, investigating and completing jobs assigned in a timely and safe manner.
- Maintain a record of works completed.
- And a bit of painting if thats your specialty
