We are currently on the hunt for an experienced, self-motivated and driven Lead to join the Women’s and Kids team at our Nike Company Store in South Melbourne.

Our fast-paced environment will see you effectively provide assistance to the Leadership Team in leading a team of Athletes across women’s and kids, achieving sales and customer service excellence in accordance with Nike standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Inspire: lead, drive and act as a source of inspiration for your zoned team
- Motivate: assist the team to achieve targets by unlocking their potential
- Inform: maintain expert-level product knowledge
- Provide: train and offer feedback to your fellow peers to elevate the team, and most importantly, have fun

You must be able to demonstrate:

- A passion for the Nike Brand
- Previous relevant retail experience in a supervisory role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound computer proficiency
- A natural sense of urgency
- A proactive and energetic demeanor
