Veterinary Receptionist

Gladesville Veterinary was one of the first purpose-built veterinary practices in Sydney. The premises have continued to be upgraded since the hospital’s establishment in 1959 and boasts state of the art facilities for both staff and patients.

We are a busy, successful clinic, in need of a customer service superstar who not only understands, but loves the veterinary industry. You will be the face of the clinic, creating a great first and last impression for our loyal customers. You must be a positive, hard working team member who takes pride in your work.

**Duties Include but are not limited to**:

- Greeting and managing clients and patients
- Answering extremely busy phone lines
- Scheduling appointments for multiple veterinarians
- Client and patient data management
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing pet insurance claims
- Providing administrative support to veterinarians and management
- Cleaning of Reception area
