Home to our Canberra campus is the **ACAP Professional Year (PY)**, an education and training program that helps international graduates from Australian universities develop the skills to improve their employability and understanding of the Australian work environment and to access work placements, mentoring, and training with respected Australian and global businesses.

We are excited to announce an opening for a **Campus Manager, **this diverse and pivotal leadership role is instrumental in shaping the campus experience for students while managing the operational requirements for the campus.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- **Student Engagement**: Foster a positive, inclusive campus culture that enhances student experience and engagement.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor a team of dedicated staff members to provide outstanding student learning and support services.
- **Relationship and Partnership Building**: Collaborate with trainers, staff, and external stakeholders to promote campus growth and community engagement.
- **Operational Excellence**: Oversee daily campus operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in administrative processes.
- **Facilities Management**: Maintain a safe, welcoming, and conducive learning environment for students and staff.
- **Event Coordination**: Organise and manage campus events, workshops, and seminars to enrich the student experience.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on-campus activities, achievements, and challenges to senior management.
- AQF7, or equivalent qualifications and experience, in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in education management
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Demonstrated achievements in strategic initiatives
- Strong organisational, operational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and networking skills

**Desirable criteria includes**:

- Familiarity with engineering, ICT or accounting education
- Management experience in higher education
- Motivation and desire to work for a private organisation where flexibility and innovation are encouraged
