Our payroll team is integral to our operations, handling a complex payroll system across four legal employers and nine payrolls. We pride ourselves on delivering a positive employee experience through timely and accurate payroll processing. We currently have an opportunity for a Payroll Delivery Advisor to join our team based in Brisbane.

**What you’ll be doing**:
**Payroll Processing**: Manage end-to-end payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments, leave, and superannuation.

**Payroll Support**: Address payroll queries confidentially and participate in reporting and reconciliations.

**Administration**: Process contract variations, pay changes, and maintain compliance with relevant legislation and enterprise agreements.

**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with Payroll Specialists and other teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

**You’ll be great in this role if you**:
**Experience**: Minimum 3 years in payroll within a medium to large organisation, with familiarity in Oracle or similar payroll systems.

**Skills**: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to handle confidential information.

**Knowledge**: Understanding of payroll processing, PAYG, superannuation, and relevant legislation, previous experience interpreting enterprise agreements (EAs)
