We are seeking experienced DRAFTSPERSONS to join our busy Schedule on a casual base as a start with the opportunity to move into a more permanent basis. You will be responsible for drafting/creating innovative floor plans and facades while maintaining and updating ArchiCAD standard templates for residential home designs. Collaborating with team members, departments, and consultants, you will refine design concepts and ensure projects are completed to the highest standards, within timeframes, you are an individual who "needs" to see a task completed to time and with creative flair and quality. The role includes but is not limited to: - Create 2D Drawings and 3D drawings for interior design Projects - Prepare both rough sketches and detailed design work with Autodesk product (Revit / Autocad) - Ability to Model in Sketchup To be considered for this role, you must have the following: - At least more than 2-years of experience in CAD - Profound knowledge in CAD software e.g AutoCAD, Revit - Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment - Strong organisational and time management skills - Strong communication skills - Self-motivated, organised, punctual and reliable - Must have great work ethics **Job Type**: Casual Schedule: - Monday to Friday - No weekends - Rotating roster Application Question(s): - Do you use Autodesk and Sketchup ?
