**The Role**:
The Performance Analyst will be a fundamental support to the Performance PPM Scheduler and be responsible for the development and management of reporting associated with Maintenance Schedules, Vendor/Subcontractor performance reporting, data capture and ingestion into CMMS.
You will work in conjunction with the Asset & Compliance Manager ensuring Asset changes impacting PPM Schedules are identified and appropriate schedules developed in conjunction with the Performance PPM Scheduler.
Assist management and reporting on the maintenance for each Location that, under the Lease Agreement, are NAB responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Developing maintenance schedules within the Annual Plan with daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual tasks to be charged accordingly.
Preparing and issuing all documentation associated with PPM Schedules.
Developing and compiling regular maintenance schedules content for uploading into the NAB / Tango Asset Management system;
Oversight of instructions to undertake maintenance activity of Assets where within delegated approvals and the approved maintenance budget;
In Leased Locations, ensuring that maintenance or repair items are NAB’s responsibility under the Lease Agreement, prior to issuing instructions;
Identifying and communicating changes in the maintenance plan, as relevant, where suspension of the services is required, including warranty and defect liability period, etc.;
Assist identification and implementation of cost reduction opportunities and improve operational delivery standards.
Ensure compliance with JLL’s minimum operational and safety standards.
What you will bring
At least three years of experience in managing and/or delivering schedule planning associated with asset management and maintenance strategies in a commercial environment
Demonstrated skills in rigorous, fact-based analyses that drive creative problem solving, proposal preparation, and negotiations.
Persuasive written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong multi-tasking and organizational capabilities, with a high level of attention to detail.
Electrical, mechanical and/or a related engineering/trade field, Facilities Management experience
Tertiary qualifications in Facilities, Asset Management or related field are desirable but not mandatory. Demonstrable experience within a similar role will be well regarded.
A demonstrated aptitude for the interpretation and analysis of numerical data; preferably in an asset / plant & equipment / maintenance planning and scheduling context, with an understanding of how they relate to property and building management.
The ability to extract and analyse data into clear and logical reports with a particular attention to detail.
Proficient in the use of the MS Office product suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, particularly Excel with a knowledge of pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, etc.
