About State Trustees
State Trustees provides Victorians with financial and legal assistance during all stages of their life, including specialised services and products such as Will Writing, Powers of Attorney, Executor Services, Trustee Services, and Personal Financial Administration.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the Financial Planning and Analysis and Business Partnering function at State Trustees, including key tasks such as internal reporting, budgeting and forecasting and ensuring financial sustainability.
You will drive transformation and uplift of the function - this may be through more automated processes, use of contemporary toolsets such as Business Intelligence software or streamlined report - ultimately allowing the function to deliver greater insight and value.
Skills and Experience
**To be successful, you will need to demonstrate**:

- CPA/CA qualification
- Strong Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Business Partnering experience
- Advanced computer skills, including competent use of Microsoft Office and Business Intelligence toolsets
- Employee management experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools
- Experience automation of budgeting and forecasting processes, including implementation of relevant systems and tools
- Experience of the preparation of Executive reporting
- Excellent conceptual and problem solving skills
- Excellent documentation, planning and organisation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
