Female Support Worker

KippaRing, Australia QSSS Full time

So, you've clicked on the ad which means you've taken the first step

So let us give you the rundown on who you will be assisting to live their best life

You will be supporting a dynamic and spirited 42-year-old Client who experiences many complex challenges. These challenges mean our Client requires both emotional and physical supports, assistance with some personal cares and domestic support. But most importantly, she really wants people to have a bit of fun with and who can help her with her medical needs. She is pretty active in the community and enjoys going out for outings but is just as comfortable staying indoors.

It is not all socialising though, our Client does need people who are sympathetic to mental health challenges and physical limitations and in deescalating situations of anxiety and distress.

Additionally, the ideal Support Worker is someone who is resilient, has a ‘thick skin’ and can manage challenging situations with patience, understanding and compassion. Given her medical needs, she does need a worker with their own car and an open Driver's License.

This Client requires female Support Workers only please.
