**The Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and organised **Disability Support Worker** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who values structured processes, consistency, and teamwork.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support clients to participate in age-appropriate activities, employment, in-home support, and community access.
- Provide direct care assistance in line with individual service plans.
- Administer medication safely in accordance with policy and procedures.
- Monitor client wellbeing and report any concerns to management.
- Deliver 1:1 or small group training and support to help clients achieve personal goals.
- Complete accurate documentation, including client notes, daily records, and reports.
- Collaborate with clients, families, carers, case managers, and other professionals to support individual outcomes.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of training and behaviour programs.
- Act as a key worker for designated clients, including preparing monthly progress reports.
- Support team operations through effective communication, attending meetings, and assisting colleagues when required.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in disability support (desirable but not essential)
- A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
- Relevant qualifications such as a **Certificate in Individual Support (Disability), Certificate in Disability Support, or equivalent** - even if you’re currently enrolled (desirable but not essential)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour
