We’re on the hunt for a superstar Barista/Cook for our brand-new, tiny café located within the LCGC Recreational Sporting Facility

This intimate setting is the perfect opportunity to shine and make a real impact on our customers’ experience. As a key player in our small team, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, crafting delicious food and beverages, and helping us build loyal customer base from scratch.

Responsibilities:

- Develop a healthy and appealing menu that aligns with our facility's values
- Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages, including specialty coffee
- Create samples to hand out to customers, promoting our cafe and building relationships
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring an outstanding experience for every visitor
- Work independently to establish the cafe's presence, attracting and retaining customers

Requirements:

- Experience as a Barista and/or Cook, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently, taking initiative to build the cafe's customer base
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Creativity and innovation in menu development and presentation
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Comfortable working in a very small cafe environment with no existing client base

What We Offer:
