**YOUR ROLE**
Based in Adelaide, South Australia, you will use your extensive field service technician experience to ensure that the customers you are visiting have their requirements resolved quickly and professionally. You will install, maintain, repair and provide training on industrial weighing equipment. You will work closely with the SA service manager and the broader technical team. You will be part of a growing team. This role will see you undertaking the following key responsibilities:
You will travel to various client sites in a fully maintained company vehicle to:

- **Install and commission equipment on client sites**:

- **Providing on-site preventative maintenance**:

- **Performing on-site emergency troubleshooting /repair and corrective maintenance**:

- **Accurately complete all company paperwork associated with activities in a timely fashion**:

- **Manage and maintain your vehicle allocated spare parts**:

- **Whilst providing the required technical support, proactively source other opportunities available to provide further support**

Using your personable nature, you will provide your clients a professional service that will allow you to build and maintain great working relationships both with the company as with external contacts. Your flexibility, hands-on approach as-well as your result driven attitude will carry you far, as-well as the following skills and attributes:

- **Experience with industrial weighing equipment such as weighbridges and platform scales**:

- **NMI Certificates 6.1 - 6.3, desired 6.4 a distinct advantage**:

- **Mechanical Aptitude**:

- **Knowledge of IT | Networking | Connecting | Pinging is a benefit**:

- **Strong fault finding and problem solving abilities**:

- **Hands on background, ability to drill concrete, bolting, metal work**:

- **Willingness to travel as required**:

- **A positive attitude and the ability to participate in an on call roster**
