**Disability Support Workers Wanted - Moreton Bay Region**

**We are hiring**
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Do you have a proactive, non-judgmental approach to supporting individuals with disabilities? We are looking for **Female and Male Disability Support Workers** to join our team in the **Moreton Bay region**.

**About the Role**:
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with varying needs, helping them live as independently as possible while ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and community engagement.
- Support clients to achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life.
- Promote independence and choice while ensuring safety.
- Provide a friendly, positive, and supportive environment.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience** is preferred but **not necessary** - we are hiring based on **passion**, **proactivity**, and a **non-judgmental attitude**.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards people with disabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current **First Aid** and **CPR** certifications.
- Valid **Yellow Card** and **Blue Card** (working with children and vulnerable people).
- Additional training will be provided **prior to start**.

Pay: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
