The Remote Analytics Specialist enables excellent understanding of the performance status of the country Remote Customer Meeting Point (RCMP) and its root causes by leveraging global analytics tools and defining actionable insights. You create tailored additional analytics solutions in connection to local needs not covered by the global roadmap. You are motivated by continuous improvement of business. You have a positive mindset and take own initiatives in your daily work and take responsibility for your own learning and development as you will practice “learning by doing”. Experience in Excel, Power BI and SQL is essential. Any experience of working in a Contact Centre environment is highly regarded but not essential.

**Responsibilities**:
As Remote Analytics Specialist, your main objective is to enable excellent understanding of the performance status of the country Remote Customer Meeting Point (RCMP) by leveraging global analytics tools, turn data into actionable insights and promote a data driven culture with customers and co-workers at heart. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Provide analytics to validate and support in building hypotheses, in close cooperation with global Remote Analytics, to create insights in performance and guide business decision making
- Create and run ongoing reports specific to the country to build continuous insight into local performance and help identify areas for improvement
- Actively analyse all relevant data sources to create accurate and compelling insights
- Generate insights to support the Experience Design Manager in creating awareness and triggering action both within and beyond the RCMP to create great customer experiences and maximise business outcomes
- Ensure close collaboration and integration with group Remote Analytics to align on common priorities and ways of working as well as to share insights
- Ensure collaboration with Sales and Resolutions as well as other relevant stakeholders within country RCMP to share actionable insights and contribute to continuous improvement

This opportunity is Permanent, Full Time, 76 hours/fortnight.
