Are you ready to take on a management role where you can make a difference, develop lifelong skills, and grow within a well-established business? We're offering a full-time **Assistant Manager** position with a competitive income of up to $71,000 per annum, not including super, bonus, and additional incentives

In this role, you’ll be working hands-on with team members, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly. This is an exceptional opportunity for those with leadership ambition to progress as far as they wish within the organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create a safe and inclusive environment for employees and customers alike
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety Legislation
- Delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient and accurate completion
- Manage inventory to keep each area fully stocked on every shift
- Address customer inquiries and ensure excellent service is delivered
- Set performance goals with team members and inspire them to achieve these goals

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to achieving outcomes
- You must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work well within a team and lead by example
- Previous management experience or hospitality/fast-food experience is an advantage but not essential
- **If you have genuine interest in learning leadership and have a positive attitude towards learning, no prior management experience is needed.**:

- Ability to travel to various restaurant locations within the Toowoomba region

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $71,000.00 per year

- The M&H Ward Group Owns and Operates 7 Restaurants within the Toowoomba Region with the furthest restaurants being Highfields or Westbrook, do you have the ability to attend all of these sites with your transport?
- All Managers work on a rotating roster with a requirement for 24/7 availability, will you be able to commit to this requirement? It should be noted that unless you select full-time overnights, in general you would work up to 10 overnights a year covering sick calls etc.
