- **ABOUT THE JOB**:_

We seek an experienced & reliable leading hand to join our team in Acacia Ridge. Reporting to the Factory Foreman the Leading Hand works hands-on in our glazing department, assisting our management team in a busy production environment to ensure the efficient and high-quality delivery of our products.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting Factory Foreman
- Be hands on during manufacture of windows & screens
- Forklift operation
- Operating fabrication machinery & tooling
- Manage various activities simultaneously
- Ensure smooth process through the factory
- Quality control
- **ABOUT YOU**:_

To be successful in this role you will require:

- Windows manufacturing experience
- Be able to interpret written instructions
- Effective verbal & written communication skills
- High level of attention to details
- Be punctual and show a ‘can do’ attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Construction White Card (but not essential)
- Current Drivers Licence

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
