We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Barista / Front of House team member to join our vibrant beachside café. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and enjoys working as part of a team.

About the Role:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee with speed and consistency
  • Provide warm and professional service to our guests
  • Assist with order taking and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

About You:

  • Previous barista experience with confidence on a commercial coffee machine
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with regulars and new guests alike
  • A positive, team-focused attitude with the flexibility to assist across different areas of the café
  • Availability for weekday and weekend shifts, particularly early mornings
