**Job Description**:
As an Operations Supervisor you will manage and drive improvements in Service Performance for the Global (international parcels) business by using customer satisfaction measures to prioritise and execute continuous improvement initiatives so that strategic growth objectives can be achieved. Specific responsibilities for this role include:

- Drive Customer data collection, consignment note presentation, supply chain partner scanning and DIFOT
- Provide daily reporting and weekly & monthly reporting dashboards of insights and key business measures
- Build trusted relationships with GE Service Quality function and internal cross-functional supply chain partners, during SLA design, implementation, and analysis of NPS data and creation of dashboards and reports
- Drive investigations, process analysis, and continuous improvement business change in collaboration with Operations team member, partners, and customers
- Collaborate with team members to develop compelling, simpler solutions inclusive of enhanced technology to improve the customer experience
- Recommend process optimisation improvements that enhance productivity, operating revenue assurance, safety and working capital key measures

**Qualifications**:

- A comprehensive understanding of Freight Solutions and operating IT systems
- Minimum 3yrs of experience working within a transport and distribution organisation
- Experience managing customer enquiries
- Experienced in managing and reporting operational service quality for key accounts
- Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving changes at client project and ability to problem solve
- MS Office proficiency
- Collaborated with teams completing projects / project management experience
- Strong presentation skills
