We currently have an exciting role for you to join our Parks & Gardens Project Delivery Team. Are you passionate about nature, community spaces, and turning ideas into lush, green reality? We're on the hunt for a dynamic Parks and Gardens Project Coordinator to bring their creativity and organisational flair to our team

**Key responsibilities of the position include**:

- Work with Councils internal teams to determine the open space facility needs of our community
- Assist with the development of budget forecasts for landscape projects and open space facilities
- Coordinate the process of replacing and upgrading facilities across all phases of delivery including but not limited to, initial concept, community consultation, design, procurement, construction and final completion
- Work closely with sporting clubs, community members and other key stake holders throughout all phases of each project

**The successful applicant will have**:
Qualifications for the position
- Current drivers licence is essential
- Certificate IV in project management or equivalent experience is essential
- Certificate IV in horticulture or above is desirable
- Qualification in landscape design or architecture is desirable

Experience
- Experience in project coordination / management of landscape construction is essential
- Experience in supervision of contractors or staff is essential
- Experience in project estimation is essential

This is a Level 5 position which has a current salary range of $103,808 - $108,496 (plus Super).
