An exciting opportunity has become available for **Assistant Centre Manager/Educational leader** to join the team at our Genius, Mandurah centre

**Your new centre**:
Genius Childcare Mandurah is located only a few minutes’ drive from the beautiful Mandurah Foreshore and a short walk to Mandurah Primary School.

Our brand-new Mandurah centre has been purpose built and includes large outdoor play spaces, an atelier, and spacious classrooms.

The Modern play spaces are filed with natural light that encompasses the learning environments. Our Classrooms holistically support children’s development and learning, with a wide range of developmentally appropriate resources we guarantee and cherish the home away from home atmosphere.

**Your new role**:

- You will be passionate about promoting children's development and their learning.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to manage the day to day operations of your room including curriculum development and administrative procedure
- You will be supported by a our team of qualified educators and in return will assist leadership to provide support and training to ensure the centre complies with the NQF requirements
- Work passionately to develop positive relationships with families and children and contribute to a positive working environment

**What YOU need**:

- Diploma or Bachelors in early childhood (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Relevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma
- You will have sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Experience in working in a new centre during opening stages (preferred but not essential)
