**Job posting end date**:
As a Trades Assistant in Boilermaking, you will support our skilled boilermakers in the fabrication, assembly, and repair of metal structures and components. Your role will involve a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our workshop and projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist boilermakers with the preparation and assembly of metal parts.
Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in boilermaking.
Perform basic welding, cutting, and grinding tasks under supervision.
Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Assist with the transportation and handling of materials.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a similar role or a strong willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of welding and metal fabrication techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
