**About the Company**

We have a rewarding and exciting opportunity for a Communications Manager to join a NSW Government organisation located in Macquarie Park. This role will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of strategic engagement initiatives

**About the Role**
- Deliver creative content for high impact proactive projects which support our partners’ to tell their story and promote positive outcomes.
- Support our business partners to communicate their narrative effectively and to demonstrate value through priority messages with impact.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of future focussed engagement strategies to support internal and external audience engagement.
- Use analytics to track and report back on the value of our engagement efforts and develop cutting-edge presentations to profile success stories on an ongoing basis.
- Undertake research and analysis, identifying trends and preparing project briefs, to support informed decision-making and planning.
- With an understanding of digital marketing, you will keep across all the latest platform trends and look for opportunities to embrace digital and social content.

**About You**
- Demonstrate experience in developing and implementing strategic communication campaigns
- Tertiary qualification in Communications, Journalism, Marketing (or a similar discipline), or equivalent experience.
