**The Opportunity**

The Regional Manager supports the State Manager in managing staff and resources to achieve the successful delivery of Employment Services across multiple sites within an Employment Region (**Moone Ponds, St. Kilda and Coburg**). Responsible for the leadership, management, coordination, and financial management of the Transition to Work contract across multiple sites within an Employment Region, ensuring that the Company’s operational and financial objectives are achieved.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Work with the State Manager and/or Executive Director to implement the program’s strategic plan across multiple sites within an Employment Region
- Implement the business plans including the management and allocation of assets, human and other resources to achieve operational and financial objectives
- Recruit, on-board, train and coach all staff and work with each individual to tailor support and mentorship as appropriate to ensure the delivery of operational objectives
- Participate in Leadership decisions on the direction and management of the Region including the achievement of KPIs
- Oversee revenue management for the Region by monitoring expenditure and driving performance through claims and report to State Manager and/or Executive Director

**What sets you apart from the rest?**
- Must have a minimum of 3 years Employment Services industry experience in a management/leadership position
- High level verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Business and financial acumen
- Time management and organisational skill
- Cert IV in Employment Services; preferred not essential
- A related Tertiary qualification a distinct advantage
