**To be successful for this role, your responsibilities will include**:

- Focusing in the preschool room (3-4year)
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages children to explore and discover.
- Monitoring and recording each child's progress, development, and milestones, communicating regularly with parents or guardians.
- Building strong partnerships with families and fostering a sense of community within the preschool.

**Applicants must have the following**:

- Cert III & Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willing to obtain one
- Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualifications
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Genuine passion for working with children and their families
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
- **MUST have** Industry experience working with children ages 0-5 years old
- Be able to work a rotating roster, 4 days a week and able to start immediately
