**About the Role**:
As a casual retail assistant at WHSmith, you will be responsible for:

- Serving customers in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
- Cash handling and standard retail transactions
- Adhering to all back and front of house processes and procedures
- You will also play a role in merchandising and stock rotation to ensure our store is always looking its best

**What We're Looking for**:
Ideally you will have:

- Experience working in a retail environment
- A customer focused mindset and a desire to provide exceptional service
- Availability for afternoon/weekend shifts
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work collaboratively with your team
