Operations and Technical Services (O&TS) is the division that supports NBCUniversal’s full portfolio of production, broadcast and media distribution businesses for both TV and Film. Services provided include technical and on-air operations, technology development, engineering and support, R&D, and corporate services such as real estate, facilities and security.

**Job Description**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To work to agreed Service Levels.
- To ensure calls are fully logged in the call logging system and updated as appropriate.
- To build sufficient understanding of the business to ensure that IT solutions are relevant.
- To be proactive in the continual improvement of Application Services.
- To adhere to the company’s IT Standards, procedures and internal audit guidelines (Sarbanes-Oxley).
- On-Call Support will be required. This includes contributing to an on-call rota.

**Qualifications**:

- Working knowledge of Advertising Sales Systems
- Good Knowledge of television programming / presentation and library working practices.
- Experience in Work Flow Management, Playlist Creation / Remediation and Automation systems is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build enduring working relationships both with internal clients and external vendors.
- Ability to write operational / technical documentation clearly and precisely.
- Ability to analyse, interpret and prioritise system faults, operational issues and requests.
- Good attention to detail
- Be able to work on own and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Customer-focused, and professional attitude
