OASIS is a south-eastern suburbs institution; a combination of cafe showcasing flavours of the Middle East, and a grocery. Open seven days we offer breakfast and lunch. We are widely known for a selection of cakes, pastries and donuts - all served with high quality coffee.

We are looking for an experienced baristas to join our little coffee team, in Fairfield working 20 to 30 hours a week from Monday to Friday.

OASIS prides itself on its customer service, and as the first face of the store, our baristas need to lead from the front, ensuring an upbeat vibe even during the busiest times as well as guaranteeing a consistently high-quality product.

- Strong customer service skills
- Experience and in-depth knowledge and passion for coffee
- Initiative and be highly self-motivated

This is position is required to assist during the day and a weekend shift, on a flexible rotating roster. We are growing and offer stability and long-term career opportunities.
