**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Located in the Melbourne CBD, this permanent full-time Corporate Partnerships Manager role provides leadership and accountability of all commercial activities, including formulation, negotiation and ongoing management of all partnerships and relationships related commercial contracts.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

- Supporting the General Manager in identifying revenue growth and commercial opportunities
- Managing and meeting the expectations of key stakeholders via a structured account management approach
- Negotiating and managing commercial contracts related to partnerships and relationships operations
- Evaluating the financial and operational impacts of service contracts and providing accurate and timely advice to assist with key business decisions
- Managing service provider performance
- Supporting the General Manager in relation to contractual aspects of Property Management, Security and Customer Services
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of the commercial partnerships operation
- Optimising resource use, cost containment, the maintenance of quality standards and the mitigation of risk in the execution of all commercial partnerships activities
- Ensuring all current and future financial objectives are met

**ABOUT YOU**
- Qualifications in Business, Finance, Commerce or other related field
- Demonstrated experience with strategic commercial activities related to contract management including partnerships and relationships
- Exposure to operational and commercial risk management
- Experience in contract management around multi-aspect assets or projects, and the ability to manage contractual negotiations with multiple service providers within a KPI environment
- Experience in managing small to medium-sized projects (preferably projects that involved infrastructure, development and multiple stakeholders, including a government agency)
- High level negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to clearly articulate complex concepts
- Demonstrated ability to write reports, business cases and tenders
- Demonstrated budget management skills, including operational finance with a focus on the ability to manage costs
