**Job Description**:

We are currently seeking an Assistant Commercial Property Manager to join our fast-growing Real Estate Management team. This position, which is in Surfers Paradise, will be responsible for the day to day management of our client’s commercial and industrial assets.

Key responsibilities in this role will include:

- Provision of first-class service to landlords and tenants
- Monthly management and financial reports for all properties
- Conducting rent reviews and lease expiries
- Organising work orders, and following up on completion of ordered works
- Regular phone and face-to-face discussions with tenants and landlords

**Qualifications**:
In order to succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following:

- 1-2 years’ experience in the management of commercial assets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A commitment to maintaining properties according to legislative requirements and best practice
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Current Real Estate Certificate
