**About The Role**

In the coming months, we will start offering meal and menu planning units of competency to the Health & Community sector. We are looking for a contract assessor to assist with the assessment of the students on an as-needed basis.

In order to be considered for this role you must hold a current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. You must also hold a qualification related to Dietitian work or one that encompasses units HLTAHA039 and HLTAHA040 or equivalent.

If open to further work, food safety and/or Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) assessments can also be offered on a contract-basis.

This is a remote work-from-home role - however initial training at our Brisbane office may be required.

**Job-Specific Responsibilities**
- Review and assess course materials submitted by students
- Complete assessment documentation and ensure AVETMISS compliance
- Conduct telephone or video assessments
- Provide additional coaching to students as required
- Manage problem assessments
- Assist with compliance and audit activities
- Maintain industry currency
- Maintain VET currency
- Maintain compliance documents to the industry standard

**General Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
- Data entry and record management into applicable company information systems
- General reporting as required
- Respond to and action requests from management in a timely manner
- Track personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Meet all required deadlines
