**Position: Service Administrator**
**Location**:Longford TAS

**Job Information**:
Midland Tractors is the Tasmanian Dealer for John Deere Agricultural Products, Silvan Spraying & Farming Equipment and Segway Power Sports. We service a diverse range of customers with quality, well renowned equipment and after sales support and service.

We are currently looking for a Service Administrator to join our Longford team.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Reception duties
- Control of repair orders - updating costs and invoicing
- Process warranty claims
- Processing of service purchase orders and invoices
- Filing of paperwork

**Essential Criteria**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in administrator support role
- Certificate III or IV in Business Administration desirable
- Highly motivated with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Computer literate, ability to use Microsoft Office and Dealer Business Systems
- Good communication skills
- Highly organised
