We are looking for experienced fleet allocators to join our team. We are a professional and well respected company who are leaders in the transport and services industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the routing of loads to maximise the efficient use of equipment, subcontractors and labour.
- Overcome constraints of day-to-day requirements
- Implement proactive problem solving to ensure pick-ups and delivers are successful
- Monitor and ensure driver pre-trip checks are completed
- Plan and utilise fleet for maximum efficiency and capacity
- Plan and manage operational costs
- Implement action plans
- Work in accordance with procedures and regulations.
- Has an ability to carry out all duties by the deadlines and follow instructions
- Ensures to maintain focus on communications, quality and customer service.
- Has operational experience in same/similar role
- Has a commitment and passion to show high performance
- Had a strong drive to succeed
- Demonstrated understanding of the Transport/Logistics industry.
- Positive team player
- Friendly and Approachable
- Track record in managing safety and CoR Responsibilities.

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wollongong NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- fleet Allocator: 2 years (preferred)
