Peoplebank are recruiting for an **IT Project Co-Ordinator** to work on a 6 month (with extensions) contract based in **Adelaide**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Appropriate plans, documentation, supporting products and controls for the project in line
- with the change life cycle.
- Ensuring the appropriate governance disciplines are observed.
- Reviewing project documentation and plans to highlight any issues that may compromise delivery.
- Facilitating the management of project dependencies, documentation of assumptions, resolution of issues and mitigation of project risks and other controls.
- Monitoring and reporting on progress.
- Developing written communication products.
- Developing, capturing and recording relevant performance/project management information (data and other measures).
- Developing and delivering project workshops.
- Arranging preparing materials; facilitating; chairing and documenting meetings
- Managing project resources including staff; contractors and spend as required.
- Developing and maintaining effective working relations with project colleagues and stakeholders involved in projects

**Experience Required**:

- ** 3** **to 5+ years of IT Project Support / Co-ordination / Officer experience,** working on large and complex IT projects
- Good oral and written communications skills including effective in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Visio
