This unique supervisory role will be working with and leading our tight knit team at 3D Welding Works. Our team specialise in custom fabrication and sheet metal work for a broad range of clients, to whom we provide above standard levels of service and quality finishes involving general jobbing, laser cutting, water jet cutting and project work.

We are based in Caringbah, close to public transport with onsite parking.

Friendly work environment with modern equipment.

**THE ROLE**

Full time, working hours from 7am - 3.30pm Monday to Friday

Produce and oversee;
TIG and MIG welding

CNC Cut & bend

Architectural finishes in brass, stainless steel, steel & aluminum

Supporting the development of team members through active coaching and mentoring

Liaise with clients for quote, measure and install

Management of machines and equipment servicing and maintenance

Lead a safety first culture with thorough understanding of HSEQ

Assist with project administration including raising PO's, statusing job's and allocating resources

**Skills & Competencies**

Minimum 10 years experience in Fabrication

Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role

Ability to read technical drawings, surveys and set out drawings in CAD

Collaborative with the ability to build, foster & maintain good relationships with internal team and external stakeholders

Excellent organisation skills with an eye for quality & detail

Ability to work to tight deadlines

Strong verbal and written communication skills

**Qualifications & Licenses**

Trade Qualifications

White card & forklift tickets

First Aid certificate

Drivers licence, manual ideal but not essential

Have valid Australian working rights
