We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Events Organiser to join our team. They will be responsible for liaising with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and coordinating all operational aspects of events to ensure seamless execution. This role requires strong organisational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach to client management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing personalised support and guidance throughout the event planning process. Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, preferences, and logístical requirements.
- Operational Planning: Work closely with clients to develop detailed plans and timelines for events, outlining key milestones, tasks, and responsibilities. Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure that all operational aspects are aligned with the client's vision and expectations.
- Venue Selection and Management: Assist clients in selecting suitable venues for their event, considering factors such as capacity, location, and amenities. Coordinate venue logistics, including room setup, audiovisual requirements, catering arrangements, and transportation.
- Supplier Coordination: Identify and engage suppliers for conference-related services, such as activities and entertainment.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and solicit feedback throughout the planning process. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise, ensuring a positive client experience.
- On-site Support: Provide on-site support during events, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and overseeing the implementation of operational plans. Coordinate with staff and external suppliers to ensure that all aspects of the event run smoothly and according to schedule.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations with clients to gather feedback, measure success, and identify areas for improvement. Compile and analyse evaluation data to inform future planning and enhance the overall event experience.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- Event planning: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
