We’re on the hunt for a proactive, detail-driven **HR Administrator**to join our People & Culture team at Hungry Jack’s. This is your chance to grow your HR experience while diving deep into the world of Workday — one of the world’s leading HR systems.

**What you’ll be doing...**

Workday & HR Support (75%)
- Act as a first-line support for Workday queries via JIRA from managers and team members.
- Troubleshoot basic system issues (e.g. task errors, routing problems, missing approvals) and escalate more complex issues to the HRIS Specialist.
- Action employee lifecycle transactions such as hires, terminations, and changes.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across Workday modules.
- Assist with systems testing, documentation, and training guides.
- Work with the broader People & Culture team to ensure consistent and accurate use of Workday across business units.
- Monitor Workday Service Desk queue and follow up on outstanding actions.

Recruitment Coordination (25%)
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process in Workday Recruiting
- Post job requisitions and manage job boards
- Generate employment contracts and offer documentation in Workday
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
