**UAT Test Lead**

Reports to the Business Assurance Test Manager.

At least 3 years’ experience in leading UAT teams.

Strong leadership skills.

Experience in mentoring other Testers.

Ability to prepare UAT Test Plans and Test Results reports.

Ability to work across multiple agile squads.

Ability to perform test execution in an ad-hoc basis when required.

Mandatory
- UAT/Business process testing experience.
- Experience working in agile delivery teams (squads/scum teams).
- Good written and communication skills.

Preferable
- Experience in the health insurance domain.
- Experience in CRM systems testing, especially MS Dynamics.
- Azure Devops experience (testing modules).
- UX/UI testing experience.
